Yes. Thomann has a free return policy. I'm sure they will provide a prepaid return label. They have good customer support. I just think it was an old stock, so I wont get a replacement but I'll get a reimbursement. I bought it for about 600 USD.

Yes, bought it recently, as a new item at Thomann (online). It's much worse in person than it looks in the pictures.
