Just what the stock hardware is on it. I have used guitar dater project, and I know that its an august 2005 guitar, but I can't find any credible information on stuff like what pickups it has, and other hardware. I have narrowed it down to having either Gibson 57' Classics, or Alnico Classics. Both possibilities are from the guitar listed in Epiphone catalogs from between 2003-2005.

I have had this Epiphone Les Paul for about 10 years. It is Heritage Cherry Burst with gold hardware. Is there any way for me to obtain a build sheet based on the serial number (S05080727)?
