it is 16” across the widest part of the guitar and the back of the guitar is flat. thank you again for everyone’s knowledge and expertise.

I’m looking for some help identifying this guitar. I think it dates back to the mid-1930s, but not sure. Inside the back of the guitar there appears to be an FON number (pictured below), but I can’t make it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m looking for some help identifying and dating the Guitar pictured below. From what I can find, it looks to be manufactured between 1935-1941. I was able to find what appears to be the FON number, but I can’t quite make it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
