Pick guard only has 1960 on it

Hi everyone, need some help identifying this les Paul. My brother passed away a couple years ago and I have his guitars. I’m a drummer so I don’t know a whole lot about it. I believe it’s early 90’s.any help on year and what it’s worth would be awesome thank you. S/N 011765 Gibson les Paul classic
