  1. Looking for any thoughts or type of pot to replace the neck volume. It also taps the humbucker. Thanks
  2. I use to own a few Epi LP ES and played the 339 ES and thought those were all pretty versatile. Never owned a P90 equipped guitar. Always been use to HB's. Any thoughts/input on feed back issues with the Hollowbody Casino? Thanks
  3. Just seeing if any of the fine guitarist on this forum owned or have played a true hollowbody. I have owned and played many semi's but not a true hollow. I saw on CME they had this Epi Casino that caught my eye and was thinking about it. My main concern would be the feedback issues. On the semi's I have played I never had that much of an issue I could not manage going pretty aggressive on a 50watt tube head. Just not sure how manageable or unmanageable the hollow would be. Any thoughts? https://www.chicagomusicexchange.com/products/epiphone-casino-worn-sunrise-orange-cme-exclusive-1015750
  4. Hello It looks like there has been a price increase by 50.00 some Epi LP models at Sweetwater,CME,Zsounds and etc... Just curious if any other of you folks noticed it. I noticed also on other branded instruments too. Thanks
  5. I was checking this out and it looks like from the pic's and video there is a mini humbucker in the neck. I am not super familiar with those, having never owned a guitar with them. In the guitar demo he was running through the pup combination on the 5 way selector switch and what caught my ear was that I did not know a min hb cold be split.......interesting. https://youtu.be/t740IH7eGoc

  7. Doing some research on the new Epi line for 2020. https://www.epiphone.com/Guitar/EPIK3B779/Les-Paul-Modern/Vintage-Sparkling-Burgundy It states"The control assembly features the treble bleed circuit to keep your highs sparkling when turning your volume down, 3 push-pull pots to switch between the humbucker and the single-coil sounds, and phase switching for the most versatile and sonic variety. " Forgive the ignorance. I have never played or had a guitar that had a treble bleed circuit and phase switching. I get the push pull pots. Maybe someone can enlighten me on those functions and their benefits and are they that needed or necessary. Thanks
  8. This is currently on Ebay. I have never seen one of these before. Has anyone else and if so any history or info? The body looks a little bigger than a traditional epi lp bass. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Epiphone-Les-Paul-F-Hole-Bass-Guitar-EMG-Pickup-One-of-a-Kind/303492425861?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D225085%26meid%3D3c00eb93074d448a8c32948ced7d2e34%26pid%3D100667%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D8%26mehot%3Dnone%26sd%3D303492425861%26itm%3D303492425861%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2334524&_trksid=p2334524.c100667.m2042
