i have a custom black les paul 83
dated 18/01/1983.
the guitar has the neck pickup with engraved pat 2737842 and in ink 489 382
the bridge pickup instead recorded pat no 2737842 but in ink he wrote Jan 17 1979
do you think the pickups have been changed or have they been made so by gibson?
the pick-up of both pickups also has a nice hole where the connection wire passes, it is not very finished! are yours too?
