Hi, just buffing my ‘93 LP and saw this about the “gold” hardware. I can report with great satisfaction that Weiman’s Stainless Steel cleaner (essentially a white mineral oil for kitchen appliances ) works superbly on my pickups, etc. Took care of 80% of problems on first pass with microfiber.
