A Luthier reached out to me and told me that everything is fine. Some guitars do ship wit the truss rod "not engaged". He showed me pictures of a few Epiphone's just like that. Many thanks for your support. Now's time to make a video demo :) Cheers

Hello there, I'm new here. Just got this Epiphone today. When adjusting the truss rod cause the neck was pretty bowed forward and then the truss rod went down a bit. It doesn't move loosely. But it's bit weird... Any ideas? Thanks
