Hi there, I'm awaiting a 1998 Explorer (DSXR nagh 1) being shipped from Canada. Customs is asking where the Rosewood is from. I spoke with a Rep from Gibson earlier and he couldn't answer other than to say "probably India or Madagascar." Does anyone know how I could find out for sure? Thanks, Kieran

Does anyone know what country Gibson used rosewood from in 1998? I'm awaiting a '98 explorer (DXSR nagh 1) from Canada and it's getting held up at customs and the agent wants to know. I just spoke with Gibson and the Rep. couldn't answer from a guitar made over 20 years ago. Thanks for any help!
