  1. I'm mot a big fan of horror movies, but rarely watch them too. The last horror I saw was Last Night in Soho. Really creepy as for me, but worth watching. (Found it at https://www.firesticktricks.com/watch-pay-per-view-on-firestick.html, BTW). My recommendation for those who like psychological horror thrillers.

  4. I have learned that we should live the moment. Don't wait for something be better than it is at present. The last three years are hard for many people. Taking into account the pandemic and wars, I can't imagine what could be worse. So I try to focus on present.   5. Caffeine can be the reason of rise in blood pressure. Heigh blood pressure can cause vertigo.
  6. I cooked pizza myself. I'm trying to eat up my anxiety, because I have to pass my essay soon, but I haven't finished it yet. So today I was searching for useful info for it. So I'm still worried, the deadline is close, but I'd better play my guitar instead.
  7. There was a period of time when I struggled with insomnia. I had family related problems and my anxiety caused it. Therefore, I took pills to fall asleep. However, I soon got some health issues. It was stated on Canadian pharmacy that my meds could be the reason, the sides were the ones I experienced. So I decided to stop medications and find another solution. Now I'm trying to keep regular sleep hours, exercise regularly, relax before going to bed, etc. I also noticed that my diet influences insomnia as well.
