This seems to be a continuing story. I received my replacement Casino and the first thing I noticed while unpacking was that the case was brown with Gibson printed on top. It’s actually a nicer case than the Epiphone. According to Gibson service, that’s impossible! Gibson and Epiphone are on opposite sides of the factory. Keep in mind I did cut the security tape put on at the factory.
The new guitar was perfect in regards to finish and action. But when I looked at the blue Epiphone label inside the guitar, I couldn’t believe they messed that up! There’s a crease going through the label. You can’t read what they wrote for Style. Unbelievable!
So once again I have to decide if I want to keep it or send it back. They will refund $200.00 if I keep it.
