Can someone explain the Asymmetrical Slim Taper neck profile to me in comparison to the 59 neck profile for example?
Is the asymmetrical profile so different than the 59 necks (width, depth, thickness)?
Is this the Gibson/Epiphone thinnest neck in production right now? Does it have a lot of shoulders?
I'm really liking the Modern series by Epiphone/Gibson but I have a problem with super slim D necks or Ibanez thin necks. My hand hurts with a guitar that has lots of shoulders. Other than that, all specs are pretty much perfect to me.
If anyone else out there, tried this model or the Gibson Modern one, please share your thoughts.
