Hi, I was searching for info on my Gold Top Les Paul Deluxe and found this topic on the Forum. I bought this very guitar from Geoff back in November 2015. I’ve checked out the pots with a magnifier and 3 of them ( matching ) show 1972 date codes, the 4th ( stackpole ) pot shows a 1973 date code. given the pancake body, mini humbuckers, small volute, serial 130091 and MADE IN U.S.A. stamp, would it point towards 1973 manufacture ? Or 1972 with replacement pot ? any advice appreciated !
