Hello, I’m new to the forum and just wanted to share I inherited this mint condition Kalamazoo parlour guitar from a family friend a couple months ago. I knew a little about Kalamazoo’s, but only last week did some internet research and found out it was a KG-10 and worth way more than I realized! So I did a little TLC, oiled the fingerboard and bridge, lowered the bridge action, lubricated the tuners, put some new string on, and now she’s playing and sounding fantastic. She’s definitely going to be a family heirloom moving forward. Happy to be a member of the Gibson/Kalamazoo vintage guitar family!
