  1. No, USA edition. I will not pay that kind of money for a guitar that is a replica. It is not going to make me play any better, than I do now.
  2. I don't know if I want this guitar now. It looks a little like the Greeny I purchased awhile back.
  3. I have one of the first run Lopez edition, where only 250 were made. Great guitars and I never buy a guitar thinking about resale value, because I don't get rid of them.
  4. I though for sure there would be someone that would have the inside scoop on this guitar.
  5. The quality is there on these guitars. I just wished there was some cool case candy with it. Just the standard polishing cloth, pick key chain holder, certificate of authenticity. I would have liked to have something like guitar picks with the Everly Brothers signature on them, or a photo with them playing these guitars. Oh well, at least I have the guitar!😊
  6. I am waiting patiently for this guitar to get released, which I hope is sooner than later.
  7. This guitar is worth the price. I got mine the morning it was released and the quality is superb! I have waited a long time for Gibson to make this guitar again. I can not find anything negative about this guitar. Last year I had a M2M J180 guitar made from Gibson, based off the Everly Brothers model. I had a mustache bridge put on it with the star inlays. I just couldn't have the Everly name on the truss rod. Thank you Gibson for making the J180 Everly Brothers guitar again. I was lucky back in the late 90's to see the Everly Brothers do a one off concert at the Ryman in Nashville. I had the 2nd row seat right in the middle. Albert Lee and Vince Gill were part of the back up band for them. What a fantastic show the Everly Brothers put on with those famous J180 guitars they played.
  8. I am interested in the new Slash "Jessica" USA Les Paul edition. Does anyone know when this guitar will be released and possible pricing? The photo of this guitar I saw, looks very cool and similar to the Greeny edition, except it has a three piece top on it.
  9. I did not care for the Cat Stevens edition of that guitar. I didn't like where the pickup was placed by the sound hole or the bridge that was used on that edition. I guess I am just picky.😊
  10. Call Gibson Montana plant. You can find their phone number on Google😊
  11. My sales receipt has March 26th release date and I was also informed last year from the Montana plant, that Gibson was going to make another Everly edition. I happened to know people, who keep me informed on guitars that I would be interested in. I did not go to a private event at Namm. Gibson had a private showing somewhere at a hotel in Los Angles during Namm. The person who went there, posted photo's of Gibson guitars that were being released and the Everly guitar was one of them. This information I found on a forum. 😊
  12. I won't reveal the price I paid, but if your sales guy doesn't know what the price is. I would find somewhere else to purchase it. My go to guy is Tony Higbee at the Guitar Center in Nashville, where I ordered it. He can help you, if you really want to purchase one. The release date is March 26th on these guitars from Gibson.
  13. I have my J180 Everly Brothers guitar on order and I believe the release date is sometime next month in March.
  14. Does anyone have information on a possible new Jimmy Page Les Paul coming out?
