  1. That is quite the beautiful guitar, Harp! I am deffinately pleased with my decision, if just for that reason right there! Was this thing ready to go right out of the box? or did it require a bit of tweaking to get it up to snuff?
  2. Thanks for the advice and info everyone! I think i'm going to stick with my gut feeling and go with the Nick Valensi Riv. I'll let you all know how it goes. Thanks again! -Joe
  3. Thanks Peter! and to you as well Elias. Right there is something that I had been having a hard time deturmining about the Riv. Some sites said it was full hollow, some said semi, and I was getting confused. Now, What does that mean, a "deeper set neck"? advantages? disadvantages? haha, and sorry if I barage you with questions, but I really want to know as much as I can before tossing down the cash. Thanks -Joe
  4. Hello all! I have been searching for a hollow or semi-hollow guitar and am stuck between the Epiphone Nick Valensi Riviera with p-94's and the Casino. Now, I have been able to find and play the Casinos and I really like what i hear and how it plays, but the intrigue of the p-94's in the similar body (because for the most part, i can see no difference between them aside from the pups and the frequensator tail piece) is a big draw for me towards the Riviera. I have tried researching the Riv. but have found a lot of conflicting specs on the web and was just looking for some outside input on this matter before making my final decision. Any help and opinions are welcome! Thanks!
