  1. Getting spam emails from Anna2019. Can someone please look into this?

  2. Hello, joined several days ago I was finally allowed to make first post, & now finally a second post. But days later, my 1st post hasn't shown up yet at http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/topic/118354-hercules-ga-60-amplifier-with-15-speaker/ Would sure appreciate the post going up and reaching my trusted status.

  3. What happened to Spirithawk happened to me on the Epiphone Electric forum

  4. I joined yesterday and made a single post in the Vintage Forum. It doesn't show and if I try to make another post today it says I have exceeded my limit? How long before my first post should appear?

  5. Hi, I'm writing to you because you seem to be one of the most active moderators... I joined up yesterday, validated my email and registration. I'm signed in but can't post anything, anywhere. If I got to Introduce Yourself I get "You cannot start a new topic." If I go to Gibson Lounge I get "You do not have permission to view this forum." Am I missing something or do...

  6. Surely any T-shirt specific to The Lounge would need a picture of an old television or a Commodore computer on it, right? Maybe the caption can say "The Gibson Lounge: Nothing to do with guitars whatsoever...."
  7. This is one of the weirdest things I've read on this forum. And that's saying something.
  8. The irony is strong with this one.....

    Delay issue

Delay after dirt is often preferred to delay before dirt, which is essentially what you're dealing with. It's especially true with digital delays, and even moreso with digital reverb. You'd probably find similar results if you stayed on the clean channel but swap the pedals. There's not really a way around it without an effects loop. If it were me, I'd just stay on the clean channel any time I wanted to use delay. You already have a good overdrive pedal that you can use if you need dirt with delay, so you seem to have your bases covered.
  10. It was a pickup selector, much like the switch on the new one in a way, but instead of the coil tap options offered by the new one there were series/parallel and in phase/out of phase options. Both are pretty versatile really, but personally I like the option of single coils.
  11. The specs on the website say 22, but the picture looks like 24 to me......
  12. FYI guys, the 6-position switch on the original wasn't a Varitone. You're right that the new one is different, but neither of them are a Varitone.
  13. Jakob has some similarities to Russian Circles: They're a three piece, guitarist uses looping (amazingly well, in both cases) to layer parts, drummer is unusually good... The end result is different in ways, but anyone that enjoys one can definitely expect to enjoy the other.
  14. If the vocals bother you, which I can understand, check out Caspian: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUhOis8sxD0 Or Jakob: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFAQa3HlYYw
