[ES 335 '99 ESDT marking. Incomplete label? Fake?]

I've tried to contact service Gibson's email. Jdgm, truss rod nut seems 'standard' to me.

It looks good - i.e. real - to me but I'm no expert and the label raises questions, as noted by  @thornev.

If you take the truss rod cover off, has part of the truss rod nut been machine-filed away?  

 

[ES 335 '99 ESDT marking. Incomplete label? Fake?]

Hi everyone!

 

I'm going to purchase a second-hand ES 335, so I went try some and I came across this curious circumstance: this guitar is sold as '99 ES 335, the internal label is yellow with handwritten serial and model, BUT it's not stated anywhere that it's a "335" (only "ESDT"). I made some search on the web but not found any information about this marking or 'incomplete' labelling. Could someone explain it please? Wondering if it could be a (excellent) fake.
