Like Ricochet mentioned the bridge has to be displaced for proper intonation. Filling the old bridge-bushing-holes and drilling new ones. +1 for the bone nut. Peter

Switching from humbucker to a single coil guitar (the Fender type) on most amps you use less treble and more mids and bass. Works for me. Peter
