I know for a lot of years on the white Les paul studios had an Ebony fretboard, I am looking at a 1985 and the wood used for the fretboard is really nice and I was hoping someone can tell me if it’s Rosewood and what kind I've heard Brazilian rosewood has dark stripes in it and that’s why I asked asked thanks in advance

I know this was a couple of months ago but If you haven’t gotten an answer I might be able to help you. Could you post, or send me a picture of Front and back of the headstock and look about 4” down from where the neck and headstock meet and tell me If you see a scarf joint in the neck. Also All My epiphones from the 70’s have had blue labels
