  1. Kaleb, Gibson does . . . see post #5.
  2. The LP GT (and SG GT) was a regular USA production model for a few years. During 2007, they released at least one in the GOTW series (a flameless, fire engine red model): http://www.electric-guitar-review.com/2007/04/30/gibson-announces-guitar-of-the-week-15-les-paul-gt/ I was always partial to the regular production GT in muscle green (dig the natural back with muscle green finish on the top).
  3. +1 . . . amazing how much even a few changes can cost, but at least the option is there.
  4. I echo Fenn's comments. Saul is a great guy, and he will look over the guitar before sending it to you. Plus, he gets his hands on some nice and rare guitars. I would give him a call.
  5. GreenSparkleLPC, NICE! New acquisition? I always liked the blue LP Standard Double Cutaway by MF/GC. Mine is the Ruby version elsewhere in this thread.
  6. Nice Tak, love the quilt top!
  7. GreenSparkleLPC is correct' date=' this is the MF/GC LP Standard Double Cutaway. They were $1799 online initially, but if I recall correctly, GC blew them out much cheaper around the July 4th holiday in 2008. Here is one in a ruby finish (and yes, the inlays are that "aged" color, i.e, green/yellow): [img']http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3375/3664289610_d147053193_b.jpg[/img]
  8. Thanks for sharing, AXE. I thought of you the other day while I was listening to Tesla's Alive in Europe.

    Pics at last.

Thanks LT ED. I have taken some pics, in really bright sunshine, that made mine appear far more orange than the pics above. I like the Pacific Reef, and like you, if I came across one for a decent price, I would have to consider it. Having said that, the Santa Fe Sunrise is by far my favorite of the LP LE colors.
