I couldn't find a pic that looks exactly like it. There were similar amps that looked comparable. sold on ebay for 300-1200 US.

Hey! rl1968 gave you the right schematic. You can email me if you want, as I have a very similar amp. I surfed for 10 hours today and it looks like my GA 18T is also circa '62-'63. Mine also looks cheap. I thoght it was 1970's. It's a "got it 4 nuthin" acquisition. I was gonna trade it @ the local "Music Go Round" for 25$ untill I started researching.
