  1. Indeed. Perhaps the coolest Norlin ever built. Certainly one of them. I imagine those were damned tough times for the employees. Thanks for the link.
  2. Jerry did his best guitar work with David Grisman.
  3. I think Lindley would have been bigger if he'd worn normal pants...
  4. Gawd, I hope they don't take their clothes off and protest again...
  5. Murph

    L-OO

Wait till you get his bill.
  6. Don't let it bother you. This is America by God, and you can still be president if you want to. I never knew anybody's name from 3 Dog Night.
  7. And the binding falls off of them, too......
  8. A sure case of the "right hand man" being the heavy hauler. Buck needed a partner. Whether it was Don, or Roy, or even Dwight. He did best with a partner.
  9. It's gonna get beat up a helluva lot more than that if you play it for 20 years. That's called "character"....
  10. Why do you hang out in a Gibson forum and b!tch about Gibsons every single day of your life. We think that's kinda weird....

  12. To him, they're an investment...
  13. I was just messing with Buc. He ain't bitin'...
  14. I could also argue that's why musicians don't get hooked on video games or social media. They're a poor substitute.
  15. Here's Sierra Ferrel playing one...
  16. Actually, those work...
  17. A swine harp makes a musical sound, but I don't consider it a real musical instrument either. A swine harp is a shoestring stretched across a pigs arse...
  18. Using your definition, a plastic stringed Micky Mouse guitar would be a musical instrument. Oh wait... I said a REAL musical instrument...
  19. The first lady of the banjo and the youngest daughter of "Pops" Stoneman, she was also the "ironing board lady" on Hee Haw. The entire family were overdosed in talent, with Scotty being the mad fiddler and Donna, one of the great mandolin players, the last survivor. Bluegrass royalty, indeed.
  20. Everybody knows a uke is not a "real" musical instrument. It's more of a toy.
