I reckong you're exactly right Forums etc are an excellent resource and I'm many ways a great thing , but obviously , for some , its ruining a potentially happier situation . People cant visit a restaurant anymore without spending a half hour reading that 'doris' from 'wherever' only gave it 3 stars .... and the chances are that doris is a pain in the *** and you couldn't please her.
