I have had a Epiphone Les Paul for about 7-10 years now. It was used when I got it from a local music store. I am trying to find out more information on it. The only number I can find on it is on the plate that attatches the neck of the guitar to the body. The number is 186837. The plate also has Handcrafted in Korea by Epiphone Quality since 1910 The Epiphone Company Nashville, Tennessee USA stamped on it.
