I have a telecaster and a voxac15. What kind of ernie ball volume pedal would I need. There's lots of different kinds. I have lots of other pedals to that would be in my signal.

I am about to have to buy new tubes for my voxac15. What should I get? I want to stay as close to the original sound as possible. If anything maybe a little but more marshall sound but not much.

I don't have alot of money and I'm still building my pedal board. Is the Strymon bluesky worth 180 more dollars?

Im doing a worship set tonight at church. I own a voxac15 and a telecaster. Up at the church is a vox valvetronix. How can I make this sound as much acoustic as possible. I will be playing rythem and want it to sound full not bright and chimey. Should I use neck or bridge pickup or series?

Is there a wah pedal under a $100 with a light indicator?

Hot Cake, Timmy, Wampler Black 65 ?
Andrew Riggs replied to Andrew Riggs's topic in The Gibson Lounge
I don't have the 2nd channel on mine. Iv'e decided to get a timmy it overdrives my clean tone not change it and distort it. And we can get pretty rocky with some of the songs we play. -
I have a Telecaster with a Vox ac15 and play in a worship band on wednesdays. What would be the best for that? Hot Cake, Timmy, Wampler Black 65 ?

Crunchy, smooth and fuzzy sound like they contradict each other but you guys will no what I 'm talking about if you've seen somebody playing a strat and the tone is so sweet and fuzzy but nice to listen to. I have a telecaster and a vox ac15 and want that dirty blues sound, what pedals should I get the hot cake, wapler tweed, wampler blackface? what pedals do ya'll like

Should I use a boost before overdrive or distortion

I have a telecaster style guitar with single coils, should I use a boost before a overdrive or distortion to help the sound ? -
What is the function of a tap tempo?
Andrew Riggs replied to Andrew Riggs's topic in The Gibson Lounge
I know somebody who uses 2 echo parks during his gigs, what is the purpose and advantage of this? -
I play a telecaster through a vox ac15 on Wednesdays form my church. Should I get a tap tempo delay? I really like the aqua puss but the does not have a tap tempo. I like warm delays. What does a tap tempo actually do and how do you use it? If I'm playing quarter notes really fast I just tap it as fast as I'm going and then the delays mimic that? I don't understand.
-
What makes a tap tempo useful? and when would I use longer delay times?

I can get the EHX Memory Boy for $186 new or the Wayhuge aqua puss for $100 new5 or tc nova for $175. Which is better? The only reason I would get the EHX over WayHuge is the tap tempo. Is tap tempo that important? Whst other pedals shoud I use? Mxr carbon copy? Boss gigi? I have a telecaster and les paul and play through a vox ac15 and do worship music at church, and rock and blues.

What subjects should I study if I want to make my own pedals like analog mike. What should I major in during college to do that?

There are Jay Turser guitars that look like Schecter guitars. I can't find them on the Jay Turser website or anywhere else. Is this even a JT guitar? Are JT guitars good? These Jay Turser, Schecter styled guitars are loaded on Guitarcenters used gear site here is one.

Hello, I was wondering if its possible to put a Egnater head and connect it it a vox ac15 and use the ac15 for a speaker and egnater for sound, just to mix things up sometimes

I have an epiphone les paul custom with a vox ac15 amp. I play on Wednesday nights at my chruch. I want something that will help my sound to break through and wont muddy the sound or clarity of what I am playing. I can get the catalinbread rah pedal for 160 and the empress drive for 150. Which one should I get?

What pedals should I start to buy first? I play in a worship band on Wednesdays and like to play light crunchy blues on the side. What should be some initial pedals I should start with. I prefer boutique but if ya'll prefer stock I'd still like to know your opinion

Vox ac15! Its better than the vox ac30 because the ac30 takes longer for all the tubes to get hot so the sound isn't always as nice

So this post might seem like a joke but I am very serious. I play in my church band on wednesdays. I want a neck that I can play on really smooth and that is flat. Would a schecter hellraiser be a good choice. From what i've seen the necks are amazing! I would keep the guitar on clean for the most part. Some songs I put a metal pedal on for a solo or chorus but would the Schecter Hellraiser C-1 be good for what I am wanting it for. I can get a used one for $400

I know its not a Gretsch or fender but its on sale at guitar center and I was wondering what kind of music this would do well on? I also want a neck to have larger than average frets and it to be really quick and slick, unlike an acoustic guitar. http://www.guitarcenter.com/In-Store-Used-USED-JAY-TURSER-JT690QSTTBL-6STR-ELEC-STRING-THRU-TRANS-BLUE-Q411-107410599-i2317265.gc

I have heard these can sound better than teles or strats. Whats y'all opinion?

I love the sound of this pedal! What do yall think about it!

This might be the stupidest question of all time but can I take out a humbucker and replace it with a single coil on my epiphone les paul custom ?
