The display is probably corrupted

This controller does not introduce anything new or exciting. In consideration deserves developed mixer section and programmable keys and effects. Curious will be the price on the day of release. Pioneer has a very similar controllers but discourages the purchase price

check time/rate knob. if the effect is turned on and knob time / rate is set to 1/16 or 16 you do not hear sound. concerns the filter effect

New 5.0 release contains old firmware
MKristo replied to DavJac's topic in SCS.4DJ General Discussion
I hope that the problem described in this thread http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/topic/109492-new-bug-found-in-browse-window will be repaired as soon as possible because it is very annoying -
You can create playlists from popular music players such as winamp, AIMP
-
New error occurs in the latest version of firmware. For example, if the medium contains 15 tracks, the browser window will show only 14 songs. But if the songs will be in a folder and create a playlist ( command: generate playlists device ), the number of tracks in the playlist window will be correct.
-
Thanks for the confirmation. I hope someone from Stanton read it, because lately I have not seen them to be active on the forum.

The good thing was to shift the preview function on the empty space in the selection of songs in a playlist window

Review of this unit :) unit glitches when changing tracks Headphone out only switches between Cues A and B (center is silent) beat detection is not accurate no tap tempo no beat grid (despite the instructions saying so) So, no tap tempo means you can't fix the beat detection No beat grid means you can't even begin to figure out where it has got the number from This unit says it has a 7" screen? Well im looking at the image of it on the site and i see a TON of information compressed into a small screen. My opinion is that is WAY too small Keep in mind. its not measuring 7" left to right. Its measure is 7" top left corner to bottom right corner. Many of the controls lag by an unreasonable amount EQ and FX controls lag the worst scratch effect is unusable as it clips every time sync button responds when it feels like it Every album seems to list with track #2 first, then track #1 Pressing more than one button at once can often trigger other functions on the deck.

SC-IX V5.0 public beta 1 -COMPLETED
MKristo replied to Gibson CS's topic in SCS.4DJ General Discussion
I can confirm what he wrote proaudiotech. Stanton continues to improve the current version of the firmware and quick grid. -
audio channel corruption when scratching back?
MKristo replied to krispyk's topic in SCS.4DJ Troubleshooting
I think that the various parties scs4dj that come from the factory have different components. This can cause a device that works without any problems and other causes continuous problems. My so far not caused any problems. -
A small trick that fix Beat Grid in some track
MKristo replied to MKristo's topic in SCS.4DJ General Discussion
I hope that Stanton will improve Quick grid that this trick is no longer needed :-) -
These are graphic examples of the two most common mistakes quick grid 1. Beginning of the beat is not properly marked 2. Quick grid marked the wrong thing. Beat is on the left Links to images: http://www.tinypic.pl/mxdb4sr0p6k3 http://www.tinypic.pl/0chk99u23qqt

A small trick that fix Beat Grid in some track
MKristo replied to MKristo's topic in SCS.4DJ General Discussion
All version 3-5 -
If Beat Grid of the beginning of the track is correct and then in the middle is shifted, there is a solution. 1. Choose Edit BPM function 2. Choose Dial in BPM 3. Don'T change nothing just press ok 4. it all :) If Beat Grid of the beginning of the track is correct and did so as I wrote, beat grid will be fixed in whole track Sorry for my English Regards
-
There is another problem that often occurs. Quick grid sets the beat grid at the end of the beat and should be at the beginning. This occurs just as often.
-
Affirmative. Quick grid repeated the same mistakes as it is written in the top post
