  1. Thanks for your response. Does it look like a sg special? The person has it listed as a 1991 standard. What do you think it's worth as is?
  2. anyone have an idea if this is a usa model and what it would cost for the repair? And if it could be repaired . I am able to buy this for $200 and wondering if it's a good deal. The serial number looks a little low. Any advice?

  4. No, I haven't. I was thinking about investing some money into it then get something else. Probably too risky for me.
  5. I agree. The guy just messaged New and said he sold it. I think for $400. Probably more then I would pay.

  7. I'm looking at purchasing a Gibson RD Standard. There's a couple of large cracks in the body. Questions are: Is it fixable? How much would it cost? What would be a fair price for the guitar? I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures.
  8. Anyone know which model this is? Made in usa. I posted this in another area, however I think this section is better...
  9. I'm looking at getting a '69 Gibson Heritage online. The owner says the back & sides are made of Brazilian rosewood. There's a repaired split (few inches) close to the neck (see picture). Owner is asking $600. Anyone think it's a good deal and i should go for it?
