  2. I was hoping to win one but in all honesty, I think I am going to have to buy one if I want one, and I do want one.
  3. Does Epiphone recommend any particular brand of cleaner/polish for their guitars? Mine are both starting to look a little grungy and could do with a good cleaning and polish. Have any of you found a particular item that works wonders for cleaning and polishing your guitar? I was wondering also about the fretboard, both guitars are barely a year old so would they need to be cleaned/conditioned at this point in time? If so what would you use there as well. I have read that whatever I use should have a bit of lemon oil in it.
  4. What are the audible differences between the G-400 Worn and the G-400 Pro. I do not care so much about appearance differences just things that will affect performance.
  5. This is very odd. I was going to post a message identical to yours. That kinda freaks me out just a bit. Are you looking for a blues machine like me also? I have personally decided on either a Casino (full size) or a Blueshawk. I read a review of the blueshawk and the guy said it was the best blues guitar he had ever played. I am also looking at the Wildkat Studio, very similar to the Casino in a lot of ways and a lot cheaper.
  6. I saw an advert on the net for an Epiphone Les Paul Special. It had 2 P90 pickups and was just a bit over $100, but I can't find it here. Can anybody tell me where I can find the specs on that guitar here?
  7. Can someone enlighten me as to the meaning of the prefixes Epiphone uses on their acoustic guitars, you have EJ, AJ, DR and maybe others.
  8. I hadn't thought of it before , but that is a great idea. It is odd that they don't have a single 12string acoustic at the moment in their lineup.
  9. I have decided I would really like a Casino. My problem, I want an Ebony one and they don't offer it in that color. You can get a Sheraton but not a Casino in Ebony. Makes no sense to me. How many of you would like to see Epiphone offer an Ebony Casino? Maybe if enough people say, Epiphone will do it.

  11. What are the major differences between the ES335 and the Sheraton. The Sheraton costs quite a bit more but the specs and hardware look pretty similar.
  12. I can not decide on getting a Casino or a Sheraton 2. SO I have hit on a not so original idea. Both. Do a lot of you own both or is that quite a bit of overkill to own one of each. I guess what I am saying is do they duplicate each other quite a bit or is there really a point to having one of each? On a largely unrelated subject does anyone know what year the Casino and Sheraton were introduced? I am real curious to know if the Casino predates the Sheraton.
  13. While the money is an issue I can certainly afford the Sheraton if it is worth the extra cash and you guys have convinced me it is. To be honest I was leaning that way anyway, I just like the look of the Sheraton better, has the look of class.
  14. Simple enough question here. I can not make up my mind on this simple question, which is better overall, an ES-335 Pro or a Sheraton II Pro. The Sheraton costs significantly more money but in looking at the specs for the two guitars I don't see too many differences. I know there is more to a guitar than specs though so I came here to ask people who actually own one or the other, is the Sheraton significantly better than the 335. I'll be playing primarily blues and a little bit of classic rock.
