In case anyone is interested in these, I posted a link above from Epiphone's website.
According to them there were 2 versions of these made.
V1 has the '59 neck size, in Heritage burst.
Gibson burstbuckers 1 and 2 for pups. Switchcraft switch and mallory cap for the controls.
The V3 Slim D neck, with 2 different color choices. Same otherwise as for pups etc.
According to their site there were only 1960 of these made total(both versions together) worldwide.
I guess I feel kind of lucky to get hold of one.
It is very nice to play(big neck fits my hand with no cramping) and sounds great.
I have no comparison between the Epi and a Gibson in sound with these pups in each.
But if the Gibson sounds any better whoa what a guitar it must be.
So all in all I have only had this guitar for a few days but have been getting used to it.
I think I have found a keeper. Now I have a brother for my ES335 pro.
