  1. Gibson CS 60th Anniversary 1957 Les Paul Standard Reissue Gloss Gold Top. Guitar is in perfect shape, comes with all the case candy and the vintage spec case of course. $3700 is fair, the cheapest I have found this particular guitar is $4400, and it keeps going up in value. One of 60 made for the 60th Anniversary of the original 57 gold top. Let me know if this is not the place to post. Thanks. Located in New Jersey.

  3. Thanks for the reply, it freaked me out for sure..
  4. Hello, I have a 2013 Signature T. Just went to change the strings, dress the fret board, etc.. I noticed when all the strings were off that the posts screwed into the threaded sleeves for the bridge and tailpiece in the body are loose. All 4. As in wiggling in the threaded holes. Is this a big problem? Should I shim myself (with wood matches) or bring somewhere for repair? I just said "****" and threw some strings on it, stays in tune... so im at a loss. I've asked a few locals but most have no clue.. so in other words I will not be bringing to them for repair. Any thoughts? Thanks.
  5. Looking at two possible models for my next guitar. Looking to not only make a good choice for playing, but an investment as well. That being said, im stuck between a 2017 Gibson Custom Shop Modern Les Paul Standard (with the apex head stock) and a 2014 Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue VOS... They are the same price range. Any thoughts to sway either way? Figured why not ask.. Thanks!
  6. I have a 2013 Signature T with binding issues, a gouge under the pick guard, and intonation issues. That is after returning 3 other guitars that were worse. This was the "last replacement they were sending". I had to deal with it. Bad business. My 1990 Studio was built better.
  7. Thank you all for the support, and nice words about my guitar. Quick question, if I were to upgrade pickups should I get the new version with the connectors or just pick up a set with the wires cut for $60 less? Looking at slash signature pickups. I don't know how to proceed due to coil splitting on this guitar. Should I just switch out the pots to 500k's and add orange drop cap and be done? Or keep as is. Suggestions are welcome, thank you.
  8. I wanted a Classic with a rosewood fretboard but they did not make one in 2013, so I went with the Signature T. It's a beautiful guitar. The reason I want to trade is just that. If nobody is interested I will just keep and upgrade with orange drop caps, Seymour Duncans (slash or pearly gates) with accompanying pots. Upon researching my upgrade ideas and speaking with other players I came to the thought that it wouldn't serve the guitar right to change it all up. That being said, I wanted to see if it could find a home where it is appreciated more for what it is than what can be done with it.
  9. I agree I like it both ways. Thought about a black one as a replacement to change up the look a tiny bit. I've always removed the pickguard on my Les Paul's because I prefer the look unless black on black.
  10. Hello, I have a 2013 Gibson Les Paul Signature T, in Trans Ebony, that I'm looking to sell or possibly trade for similar USA LP's. I removed the 3-way switch plastic and the pickguard. I have all new in a bag and can put back on if requested (they come with the guitar regardless). Also installed are strap locks. Again, original strap buttons in the bag can be reinstalled etc. Any takers? Thank you in advance. It has the typical pick scratches from light use. That's about it. I'm in New Jersey btw...
