So I am working out some Christmas songs for an intimate party of family and friends. The usual suspects, Santa Clause is coming, Rudolf, Blue Christmas and Have yourself a Merry, Merry Christmas from the family...etc. I find the Hummingbird is a little too loud for a small gathering so I am using the fingers instead of the usual pick. The screws on the ceramic adjustable bridge on the guitar become extremely annoying after only a few songs. Hmm, says I, why have a never noticed this before? So being the pack rat that I am, I sprang from my couch to cure what was the matter. Away to the garage I flew like a flash, tore open the tool box and and sized up my stash. And what to my wondering eyes should appear but two miniature white rubber thingys of who's purpose was clear. I spoke not a word but went straight to my work. Thinking "Why had I not thought this before. You are such a jerk." So then in a twinkling my task was complete. My palm was now comfy after just a small tweak. They all heard me exclaim as I played though the night. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night! Merry Christmas everyone. Holiday Hoser

I use an old TC Electronics Vibracone and save my back. Shut my eyes (and ears) and I'm Stevie Ray. -

On my last trip to Montana I stopped by looking to get a tour. They did not let me in but I did bum a cigarette from a girl smoking by the dumpster and she said it was pretty cool inside.

64 or before you need that wider neck at least on the hummer
-
My bird has a L5 neck so I'm not sure what the dimensions are other than perfect for me... l

That's why I love my '64 bird newer ones never really fit my huge pecker clamps. If I wanted it to feel like an electric I would play one of my electrics.

Somewhere around $1400 I figure. I have a mandolin I got from my grandma made in the 1800's but unless they REALLY small fingers back than it must be a kids model. <img src=”https://imgur.com/Qstpq3M”>

Gibson Brands Brand President Cesar Gueikian may have revealed a line of artificially-aged acoustic guitars – possibly by the Murphy Lab – in the works. Two aged Gibson acoustic guitar models resembling a relic’d Hummingbird and J-45 respectively. Gibson Custom Shop labels can be roughly made out in the sound holes of both models, signalling that these relic’d acoustics might be made available as a premium offering sometime in the future. Typical Gibson... beat it up and charge twice the price. I wonder why, when I look in the mirror, my relic job created from years of hard livin' has not made me worth twice as much?

Currently working on turning a cheap Recording King lap steel into a multi bender. Certano Bender I am using is from France so the Frogs take a while to do anything. Something about Europeans and 3 months of vacation per year I imagine. I was lucky enough to get 1 day off for a funeral. (Not my own but one can only imagine i might even get 3 days!)
