  1. A couple Gibbys on local CL No affiliation, no interest https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/msg/d/bethel-gibson-dove-for-sale-or-trade/6989206077.html https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/msg/d/bethel-gibson-hummingbird-for-sale-or/6989220239.html
  2. Hello everyone. I'm new here, I hope this is an appropriate post & in the appropriate spot. I own a very beautiful vintage 1979 Kramer DMZ 5000 Bass Guitar with its original tan Kramer hard shell case & tan strap. I've done a lot of research on it, but still consider myself fairly uneducated on it; especially its appraisal/price. In addition to information below, there are high definition photos of it. The serial number is 05736 and it's made in the USA. It works perfectly and, as far as I know, all of the electronics and all of the parts for that matter are the original factory parts. Does anyone have any insight into what this bass is realistically worth? Reverb has one at $700 and another at $2250...so, yeah. Thanks I guess. Taking into consideration that it really is in very, very good condition (played under 10 times in the 9 years I've owned it), has all original parts (I think), is the upgraded version of the '79 DMZ 5000 (the fretboard inlays are an example of this) & has its original hard shell case? Alas, the one downside is I am not the original or first owner (obviously) Pictures are attached, I really appreciate any advice. Thanks! Gold
  3. My name is Peter and I'm from Chicago. I've owned lots of guitars and Gibson has always been a favorite. I've attached a pic of the two I have left.

Hey, I have been fortunate enough that I have found and bought a 1961 hummingbird! I took a week to let it acclimate and tune it up slowly... Any advice or warnings on using or caring for her. Love how it sounds! Thanks in advance!
  5. Could anyone tell me if this appears to be a custom Gibson guitar? It looks like a mismatch of parts but I’m not sure if any of it is legitimately Gibson other than perhaps the pickup? Which could just be a cover? New to this. Thanks.
  6. HELLO. My uncle recently passed away and I am trying to identify his Gibson. The gold colored part that holds the strings at the bottom of the guitar (Forgive me for my ignorance when it comes to guitar part names) says "ES -350-t". The serial number inside the F hole starts with a Y which I believe indicates 1953. So when I search that model and year I do not find the same looking guitar. Inside the guitar case was another one of those things that holds the strings that is silver colored with no engravings. I will attach pictures. Please HELP!!!! Thank you for your time.
  7. I need help with the age and value of a casino that I purchased in 1980
