Hi Friends! I cracked open my new Epi Coronet to take a look under the hood, and I was quite impressed overall. I noticed that the 2-conductor pup connection is a quick-connect type connection. I think it'd be kinda fun to find some of the male connectors and crimp them on to some other pups I have, but I haven't had luck finding the specific connector. I know the simple solution is just to cut them off and solder, but yeah, just want to explore this idea more. I've searched extensively and have found many similar connectors, but would like to find an exact match because I am a weirdo 🤓 Do any of you (or anyone at Epiphone) know the specific brand and type of connector used? Thanks!!!

Well, the saga of my Epi SG Special has finally come to a satisfying conclusion, and I am finally getting around to posting a "NGD". This guitar arrived with some issues. Fret buzz, and high-E string slippage off the fretboard. With all the Covid-19 disruption, it took Sweetwater a while to give me the "OK" to have the fixes executed at a local repair shop… but I just picked her up at the shop, and she now plays—and sounds—like a dream! Now that she's ready to rock, I present to you all my new 2020 Epiphone SG Special in Faded Pelham Blue! I kept the warranty sticker/plastic coating on the pick guard until I was 100% certain she was a keeper. Felt good to finally peel it all off!

Greetings all, I am interested in swapping the Burstbuckers on my 2015 ES-335 for P-90s. Can this be done w/out making permanent modifications? Thax, Gampa Doug

Hello, I'd like to replace my 490R and 498T pickups on my Gibson ES 137 with pickups which are more suitable for jazz, blues with less signal output. I am considering P90-style pickups. Would Gibson's P94s fit in the body properly? As I know, my current 490R and 498T are slightly different in matter of pole spacing (to reflect different distance of strings above neck pickup and bridge pickup). Are P94R and P94T also build this way? And my last question: is there any difference in sound of classic P90 pickup and its humbucker version (P94s)? Thanks a lot.
