j45nick
Great song, and a sweet performance which really shows off JT's seemingly simple but deceptively complex fingerstyle playing. At about 1:50, you get a good close-up of the simple elastic capos we used back then. Think I'm going to see if I can pick one up today, if they still exist. Used properly, they won't ever damage the neck, but they do wear out. No two of my guitars have the same neck profile, and the modern clamp capo can put undue pressure on some neck sections. MissouriPicker
Nice, nice video. Simple and so easy-on-the-ears. I've always enjoyed the music from both of them. .......yeah, those elastic capos are pretty good. When MF closed their warehouse retail center about 4 years ago, I bought ten of them for $1 each. Definitely worth it.
