What is your dream line-up of guitars?

I've been enjoying the "How Many Gibsons Do You Have" thread, but I haven't been able to answer that question of late because I've been trading and selling and buying in hopes of getting my stable to the point where I have everything I've ever wanted without doubling just because I got a good deal...

Electric-wise, I will say a Gibson LP, a Fender Telecaster (52 AVRI) and either an old Gibson hollowbody electric or a Gretsch hollow and, ok, a Rickenbacker, would complete my set-up.

Acoustic, my goal is the following:

What I have already:

Martin D-28 (1958)

Gibson J200

Gibson J-45 (1952)

Gibson LG3 (1961)

Taylor 210e (a fun beater)

what I need:

modern day J-45...maybe the J-35?

a Martin OO-sized or Gibson OO

a vintage 1965 or before Hummingbird

a Sheryl Crow...

all is subject to change... of course if it was my dream line-up, I would be doing battle with "Let's Pick" Tom there and his dream-like collection, but I'm keeping things more manageable for the space I have. I guess I have a much bigger house in my dreams, too! With lots of storage.

I have two Gibsons (J45TV and J50), an Epi AJ500RNS Masterbilt, a Gretsch Boxcar, and several 15 series Martins (One for me, and one for each of my sons - all get love).

If money were no object I would add:

1)either a Hummingbird TV, or a Sheryl Crow Country Western (I am an idiot for selling the one I had).

2)maybe either an LOOTV or a Martin M21 again.

3)a Martin D35

4)a sharp lawyer to handle the divorce caused by 1, 2, and 3.

I have them pretty well covered as well - bucket list says I need a nice Gibson L-00, 37(ish) for blues fingerpicking, but I just bought the brand new National instead of a vintage one and I am very happy - perhaps a brand new L-00 Legend instead of an old L-00?

J-45 & J-50 to batter at gigs, a L-00 (Keb Mo) to satisfy the small body appeal, SJ-200TV for the big guitar appeal, more n more convinced I'm covered for all the stuff I'd really want..

Never say never, but I hope I don't buy, have to buy, any more guitars.

I have more guitars than I really need as it is. I have big body X and ladder braced guitars and I have small body X and ladder braced guitars. I got guitars with 12 frets and 14 frets, slotheads and solid heads, and made with just about every combination of woods imaginable.

Dream Guitras? I can't afford anything that can be considered a "dream" guitar so do not think much about it. I spend more time looking for cases than guitars. Fortunately though I can have more fun that a body has a right to by spending my time seeking out Kays and Harmonys that need some TLC and digging up the parts to get them there (just scored what looks to be a really nice set of Kluson bent tab open gear tuners off eBay for less than $40). Don't ding the wallet so you would notice and I have had a few real pleasant surprises ending up with a guitar that sounds and plays a whole lot better than you would have thought it could. Biggest problem is they are starting to pile up so I probably should find new homes for a few.

Ahh GAS... I'm happy with my lineup now. Sometimes it seems like two too many but I'm having fun playing them.

Yes, it is hard trying to achieve balance. I've got an '04SJ200 and a '10HbirdTV here. A '64 LG1 with one son and an '09 Cordoba Gypsy King with the other to try to encourage them to play. But - now, I've pretty much written those two off and am trying to get financial approval for a J45 Custom. A Rosewood B/S would complement the maple jumbo and mahogany square shoulder perfectly. And, I am certain that would be my absolute last guitar. Harder to convince my wife to spend more than the majority of people in Washington though.

You haven't gotten the message yet: the "last guitar" is the one that's on order when you croak.

Nickster, I agree completely. Coincidentally, the next guitar I order would be the one preceding my being croaked, and therefore, yes, the last one.

After I wrote this above, I was looking at, (of course!), Dream Guitars website and saw these below that I would like. I have decided that I am not buying anything I don't get to try in the flesh because I mainly have been very lucky with O/S/eBay purchases and I think my luck is up! Plus, the guitar fund is slightly empty....

So here are a couple of dream guitars from Dream Guitars! Don't forget to look at the videos. I hope they find a nice home:
