Help with Les Paul please

Hey guys, I was watching the 2010 Rascal flatts CMA "Why Wait' performance and I saw this EPIC Les Paul. It appears to be a Gibson Les Paul with a bunch of LED lights on it that change colors... Here is the link of the guitar in action. I'm almost on the verge of giving up since nobody knows the answer.....

So I want to know, where can I get a guitar like this? Is there a Gibson master guitar maker I can contact? Any thing you guys have is greatly appreciated.

This looks to be a customized Les Paul Studio or custom one-off. There was not a production model like this.
