Bliggick
Just got an e-mail sales flyer from Long & McQuade in Canada tempting me with this guitar. Has anybody got one yet? Pics, please.

Bluemans335
I picked up an ebony Korean Casino about 10 years ago, used for $300 I think. Very nice guitar, and such a good color for them.
Bliggick
I went and checked one out and I had to take it home. It is the same as the natural/cherry/sunburst models except it has a silver foil E emblem on the pickguard instead of the raised plastic AND includes a hardshell case for $26 less. Go figure. I will post pics when I get a chance.

Bliggick
Finally had time for a few quick pics. I have already changed the gold knobs to black, strap buttons to Gibson buttons and machine heads to top loading Grovers. More upgrades are planned for the nut, enlarged neck binding fret marker dots (why does Epiphone consistently make these smaller than Gibson?!) and pickups and electronics but everyone right now plays and sounds great. Check one out if you can.

Aster1
What a beauty. Are the appointment gold on that guy? Really nice. Is it MIC or MIK as someone said Casinos are coming out of Korea again? Where/who has these in stock. Couldn't find it a MF website. Aster

Bliggick
Will probably go with Gibson P-90's because I know I like them. I removed a made in China sticker from the back of the neck. All the hardware is nickel I believe. Long & McQuade in Canada ( or at least the Vancouver area) has them for $599.

Saw a epi lucille with everything black and gold covers taken off the pups and I think the gold hardware was changed to chrome, it looked sweet. Aster1
Been checking and they may not be available in The States. None listed and not even shown on the Epi website. At the moment anyway, you've got a rare git. Aster
devin1974
Yeah I called up all excited until they told me they can't ship to the US. Sounds like an exclusive select manufacture ltd edition run.....

If I wasn't saving for something else I would grab it right now.
