Yes it is from Woody Mann. Unfortunately I can't remember which one but it's from his first series of Art of the Acoustic Blues Guitar DVDs. He's a total knockout. I WISH I could play like him. I'm doing a workshop with him at Fur Peace Ranch in May. I couldn't be more excited.

Thank you so much flatbaroque! I'm not so sure I'm nailing them (you should hear Woody Mann play these! I'm a total hack in comparison.) But I've been playing some of these pieces for years so I SHOULD be able to do them properly by now. ;-)

 

Going to this workshop is pretty much a once in a lifetime thing. I can't believe my wife agreed to it. It represents a lot of money and time for our family. But I do feel blessed and I'm going to make sure I make the most of it.

 

I know what you mean about it being the golden age. I've learned so much from Woody Mann and Stefan Grossman DVDs. There is NO way I could have done this without these DVDs.
