What comes with a new Epi Bass?

I was expecting also a (crappy) little cable and an allen wrench, was it supposed to come as well?

when I bought a Tbird Pro IV a few years ago, it came with a booklet, cheap cable & an allen wrench. it was packed in a triangular shaped box. the booklet was a generic Epi owner's manual but was not specifically for the Tbird.
