The only info I can get from my contact at GC is that it is delayed and they should know more regarding the new official launch date in the next day or two. So they couldn't make their official launch date but who cares cause there are only a few of us who placed orders (Thanks international credit crunch). So if I am wrong and there are a lot of us, you need to voice your dissatisfaction now within this forum. We have been strung along and all parted with hard earned cash. All they gotta do is let us all know it is delayed and why via official (i.e Gibson channels) and all will be cool. But they haven't had the decencey to do that and we are all guessing whats gone on and what is going to happen. I have been led to believe fact as being hands on in USA today 15th Dec and rest of world 22nd. But having browsed this forum that is obviously not the case. The main product page shows countdown having reached 00:00:00 with an overlay that "claims" product is available. If there is a delay due to an issue that needs to be resolved then thats fine. Let us know and we will all settle down and wait. After all I want something I can be proud to own 20 years from now and pass to my kids one day. No issue waiting just a few more days. I'm #1 on his list and they have no idea on arrival or ETA at this point. Suggested calling back tomorrow morning. Guess I'll just have to settle with another one of my Pauls until then.
