Selling Les Paul Traditional?

So I recently purchased an ES-335 Custom, and I'm wondering what I want to do with my Les Paul Traditional. The sounds of these two instruments are very similar, and I'm thinking I should sell my LP to get a Stratocaster or something with single coil pickups just to have a diversity of sound. What do y'all think?

The pups may be similar but I would play completely different things on each of those guitars. Also, if you want to crank things up you might be glad of not having to worry about feedback. I'd also find it very hard to part with a LP Traditional.

I say save up for a strat so you can have all three.

What pickups do you have in each? Maybe swap some electronics around, new pickups, new wiring, etc... I agree with everyone else, I wouldn't get rid of your LP.
