The weather is just weird this year. We had a VERY warm winter down here in North Florida. Not a single freeze! But we have proceeded to have a very cool spring - lots of day that were 35 for low and 60 for high which is cooler than our normal spring temps. Yeah, it was warmer in January here. So now it's warmer than normal this week - 60s and 80s all week. Unless we get a cold front from Kansas! [biggrin]

Yeah, so far, it's been an unusual "Spring" here, as well. Wild weather, IS SOP

for Kansas, and a lot of the Midwest, in Spring! Thunderstomes, Tornados,

etc. But, 30 degree weather, at this late date, this far South, while not

"unheard of," has been pretty rare, for the last several years. Last year,

at this time, it had already been as high as in the 90 degree range. I guess,

we're making up for that, this Spring. LOL [tongue]

You are pretty much describing the kind of climate change the scientists are saying would be the result of global warming. I think everybodies weather is weird.

I was in DC last week with the family. It was windy and cold. Today I hear it's in the 80's. My wife is bummed because she missed the cherry blossoms.

Charlie, I wish you'd keep that stuff in Kansas...lol...We were 74 today and going to be in the low 30's by tomorrow morning, and mid-upper 20's tomorrow night......Plus, we've got severe weather warnings, lots of pouring rain and thunder.

You don't want to be in DC for summer... Trust me... i live in it every year. It gets terrible out. it's worse than Florida imo. only place I hate more is Georgia or PA. (both get hotter, and both stink really bad, at least where I've been)

That's what I tell my cousin, in Colorado! LOL And, yeah...it was "Wild" here, for awhile this evening!

Lots of rain, very loud thunder, and wild, intense, lightening! [tongue]

CB...I'm in northern Pennsylvania...right on Lake Erie. I'm sick of winter also. Although this year's snow fall wasn't as much as years past (104") It did a lot of damage. Watching this week's forecast I noticed the temps are going down every day culminating in 31 on Sunday. Lots of rain expected also for the next three to four days. I am not looking forward to my trip to Buffalo New York on Sunday morning after all the rain. Two days ago I mowed my lawn in jeans and a t-shirt. I'll have a heavy coat on by tomorrow I'm sure.

I hear you....it's been 28 degrees, all day...so far. Supposed to reach a blistering 38, but the way

things are going, we won't even make "freezing!" That's ok, for February, but we're nearly in the middle

of April! WTH??? [cursing]

Well if it's any consolation here in UK it is still winter too.

We talk centigrade but to say today we reached 10 (that's about 45F) it should be 15 and most of the month and March too 2 to 5 that's just above freezing..

Yes like you guys we are all sick of it. God knows what my heating bill will be. Keep warm guys!

Here in Texas we have two seasons, Winter and Summer. This year we are having a Spring and frankly, its nice.

It is rainy today and cool at 55 degrees. It felt like winter came late this past season, that is for sure.

Well, we've reached 35 (a small miracle), and supposed to be 55 tomorrow.

But tonight there will be "record, or near record lows," so I'm not putting

up the heavy coat, just yet. Sunday is supposed (forcasted) to be 81! We'll

see?! I'm hoping this is the "last gasp" of this Winter, and after today,

things will vasly improve, temp wise! [-o<[smile]
