JuanCarlosVejar Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 man I love everything about the J 35 . the ultimate acoustic for me ! JC
Smurfbird Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Custom shop, though. Likely to add big bucks, no? Isn't Chicago Music also a bit on the pricey side to begin with? Or am I mixing them up with someone else?

Joe M Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 I'd like to hear the CME one compared to the new reissue. Is the CS one more than twice as nice as the RI?
onewilyfool Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 Are these guys the most expensive store in North America???
CAMELEYE Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 Pounding and strumming makes for a rather one sided demo of this (probably) fine guitar.
ChrisM Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 I enjoyed the demo. Though it would be nice to see how the guitar responds to some lighter playing it was fun to see a demo where the player was playing music he was clearly comfortable with and enjoying. What's with that black nut though? That screams lame/cheap to me.

trvlr Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 I liked the left arm "vibrato". yea I chuckled at that too, as I do it as well. Why? Because I took a Jorma Kaukonen training video on "Death Don't Have No Mercy" and saw him do it on the video, so I now consciously, unconsciously do it at times - and I don't have the talent license to use it! The power of suggestion...mighty powerful Played my first J-35 at the Sam Ash here in Cincinnati. Not too bad. Not so sure I'm scooped on the mania however.
