drzing Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 So, in last december I was taking a stroll around the music stores, started to check out the (delayed) last batch of Gibson and Epi guitars and basses when that P90ed SG caught my eye, a slight mistake on its price tag AND some talking has granted me what I consider now to have been the best deal of my life. The little girl was slightly dry due to the summer, I loved the P90s (they can be quite heavy, yeah), still, despite being lead guitarrist, I have never used an uber low action or seeked uber fast playing techniques, as to make a long story short... After a few months of good use, she started to reveal herself to me. Every guitarrist knows it takes some time for you to get your instrument set and working perfectly. After some sensitive work on the truss rod along with bridge adjustments, nowadays it is straight as a ruler, and now THIS is making me play different, it broadens my horizons. Thanks Gibson, having started to play with humble brands has made me able to appreciate your fine work and put it to good use.
