DanvillRob Posted April 22, 2013 Posted April 22, 2013 Today is our 35th Wedding Anniversary. This photo was taken in December, 1976, a few weeks after we met. The little toe-head in the back is now 40+ years old, and a Sushi Chef in Lake Tahoe. I am truly blessed.

Almost kind of scares me when I think about it. My wife and I are married 42 years. My parents will be 69 years in May. Have a great many more years together, my friend.

(but she still makes me take out the garbage). My friend (Steve) married my wife's best friend from High School. We're all still very close.

You know what you need to do to show her you appreciate her... buy yourself a new J-35 Sal, I've told this story before.... back in about 1980 we were newly married, and couldn't didn't have a pot to pi$$ in or a window to throw it out of....but my bride always heard me talk about how much I loved the Gibson Hummingbird, (she knew it was a Gibson 'bird' guitar, but forgot exactly which bird). So she bought me my Dove....that's why it's so special to me. (our son in the background will be 34 next month):

I've had Rollers since 1976....sold this one only about a month ago...it was my last one.
