we're expecting snow here tonight too. I think I'm gonna cry.

Hey EA! You boys don't know what spring is until you've been in the Carolinas in April/May! But it's all good, stay where you all are at, else you'd move here!

Get rid of the eggs and I'll be there in a heartbeat...lol.....BTW, finally a sunny day here in Missouri. Some snow last night (ground too warm for it to stick, fortunately) and the sun has now appeared and it's 52 degrees. Supposed to be around 70 tomorrow. Its been a long, long winter. The outside guitar weather appears to be on-the-way for real.

Don't forget the dampened applewood twigs. I'm cutting up some chunks for tonight's 5 spice viniagrette chicken. Last Fri nite a tornado touched down less than 20 miles away, a rare occurrence for upstate NY. Next morn it was snow flurries. All the guitars in the house went out of tune.

Question. What do you do with eggs?

Folks .... for 2nd time .... they are mushrooms, not eggs !

But if it were eggs it'd one heluva omlett ...

I just thought they were funny-looking Czech eggs.......

Here in Florida, we're getting ready to put the grills away for the summer: a bit warm for cooking out. On the plus side, we use the grill all winter, since we don't have any of that funny white stuff on the ground to contend with that time of year.

Shrooms! Oboy! Watch out that geetar don't slide across the edge of that counter and crack the headstock.

Geez, we had sleet and some snow yesterday.

One of the things I miss about living in southern Mississippi is the virtual year long use of the grill. Right after that comes just throwing seeds on the ground and ending up with tomato bushes five feet tall to make salsa with.

Looking good, EA!

Here in Aust the weather is the opposite of course and heading towards winter - Anzac Day holiday today and usually buckets down for the war veterans' marches, but the sun is shining at the moment.

FB probably has very similar grillin' conditions in Sydney to Nick in Florida.

Don't know what Nick is talkin' about. It's never too hot out for grilling. You just can't play your J in the sun.

Yep an Anzac day barbie down here too EA.My brother is cranking up the Webber for his signature cinnammon infused duck and potatoes cooked in duck fat!Cholesterol? What's that?!!

Snow and cold here this past Tuesday. Hopefully that's the last of it, temps will be in the 70's this week and it's time for some outside pickin'. The grill makes intermittent appearances outside all winter long, though. It's good to be a carnivore.

Wouldn't give a Castlemaine XXXX for the mushrooms at a BBQ myself, but I Might have a sherry with the sheila's. msp_biggrin.gif

Funnily enough, we had a BBQ last night too, I was a step ahead and saved myself a few butterflied lamb fillets for later tonight, I'll be firing up again just soon. msp_thumbup.gif
