Are Guild electric guitars back?

.

Guild's electric comeback started last year and I posted about it in the Custom Shop ES and Archtop Guitars subforum - http://forum.gibson.com/index.php?/topic/91397-coming-soon-new-guild-hollowbody-t-500/page__p__1251818__hl__guild__fromsearch__1#entry1251818 - There were 2 American GSR (Guild Special Run) models introduced at the time: the T-500 (MSRP $4,999.99), and the Starfire VI (MSRP $4,999.99). These were both well received, so Guild brought out the American Patriarch Series, similar American made guitars in the high-end price range.

Guild has also brought out the Newark St. Collection, all imported (I've seen S Korea mentioned) so the MSRPs are around $1600, making for a much cheaper price point (the S-100 is MSRP $1299). Here's a couple video clips from NAMM 2013 -

For years, DeArmond has been making (reissuing?) Guild solidbodies FWIW.

DeArmonds were made for 3-3.5 yrs and discontinued.
