El Dragyn
We should probably have a purely fakes section for exposing all the fake Gibsons out there.
Gibson CS
I was shocked too find out how many good looking fakes there are out there. Gibson is often imitated...never duplicated.
JSJH
Back in the early-mid 70s, Gibson pulled a number of items out of their product lineup, wretchedly, just at the time this picker was making some okay coin on overtime work. And who should show up on the scene but then-struggling Ibanez-japan. And because at the time there were no Gibson equivalents to be had, 'bought Ibanez 'lawsuit' bolt-neck Firebird V, Thunderbird IV and 1275 6-12 double. They were such nice instruments playing and construction and sound, none was ever replaced. And the T-Bird is in regular use for Saturday 5 PM Mass through a Line 6 LD150 amp.
