I want to take something different than the usual HB-TV to tomorrow night gig at The Globe, our regular Friday nite gig here in Praha.

Here is the set list, which Slope do you reckon best fits the tracks ... ?

The one with the most votes will get a run.

Were playing as a trio with our Cajon player for some added ummph ....

Worse for me... only Born to be Wild!

As for guitar... I'd take an AE if one of 'em is, otherwise, whatever you're most comfortable with.

I'm not so sure about "young and hip," but rather a combination of youth and another nation.

The guitar that suits most of those songs is a Les Paul actually EA.

Since thats not on the list I vote for the AJ.

Cool to see your set list.

I liked a few songs Id not heard before in the first set. Thanks

Would be nice to see the songs on everyones present personal "set list".

I voted for the SJ reissue because I'm so attached to mahogany to go with the singing voice. I'm surprised you'd even consider taking your banner LG into a situation where something could happen to it caused by someone other than you, but hey, I could see where having it mic'ed and playing a smaller guitar could be attractive too. I'm not a big rosewood fan so I couldn't give yours the vote. Play on.

Do you ever play live just miked? ie if you took the LG-2? Or would it be a different approach.

I have a portable soundhole pickup in the Fishman Rare Earth Blend. I would just attach that to the LG-2, 2 mins work and then take it off.

But ... it seems the SJ is the clear fave right now with some 12 hours to go ...

I believe I count knowing 18, provided Take Me Out is the Red House Painters song. Otherwise, 17.

Well done Smurfbird ... Take Me Out is actually Franz Ferdinand. A track which one critic penned as the first half perfect for the boys and second half perfet for the girls ...

Surprisingly I can get away with playing it fully with just one guitar and the singer whistling the lead melody before the vocals.

A crowd favourite, especially after they had a few shots..

Is the AJ a tooth louder than the SJ – well, it doesn't matter when you are amplified.

I point Southern Jumbo. Then again it's a long set, why bring them both, , , maybe all 3.

Cühl list btw – enjoy the gig

The cars and midnight oil (Aussies)

I,m yours is the only one I don't know

Not quite BBG, our 'Drive' is Incubus, not Cars, although thats a pretty cool track also from the day.

Im Yours, Jason Mraz as PM pointet out, probably the track that gets the biggest audience participation, Im pretty sick of it, but its a 'must have' these days.

I thought that the Aaron was your main gigging guitar anyway, EA. Gotta be the one...

No, the HB-TV took over about a year ago. The stronger bass response makes a big difference when using only one guitar, it almost sounds like a bass and guitar in one.

But I like to give it a change up here and then and normally the Aaron gets the nod, but not always ...

The alternative to this argument is if they are all 'all rounder' models, you have too many guitars.... No green arrows for such a stance on a guitar forum though ;) so, disregard that.....
